Activate Ligatures & Contextual Alternates
While working with Plakato, make sure that “Ligatures” and “Contextual Alternates” are activated, 2 OpenType features which should be activated by default in every app already. Most stuff happens inside thee 2 features, but there are some additional OpenType features for demanding users.

Language localisations
This is a default feature in all fonts from Underware, and this goes automatically once you set the correct language. Our fonts take local language preferences into account.

Fractions
Dynamic fractions can be build on the fly by activating the Fractions feature.

Case-sensitive forms
Once text is tunred into all capitals, punctuation automatically vertically aligns nicely with the capitals.

Superiors & inferiors
Present your scientific texts in the correct way.

Discretionary ligatures
Handy shortcut for quickly making good looking arrows.

Stylistic Sets

Stylistic Set 01 (Numero)
Easily access a nice №. This is a default feature in all fonts from Underware.

Stylistic Set 02 (Alternates)
Dark Mode: Some letters turn into a fancy alternate shape. Apply sparingly!

Stylistic Set 02 (Puzzle Caps)
Large initials for playful typography. (Plakato Build only)

Stylistic Set 03 (Rebel)
Only a different shape for lowercase g, just for that special occasion.

Stylistic Set 04 (Shake)
Plakato Paper only: randomly shift letters for manual look. (Note: this is Stylistic Set 02 in Plakato Paper Italic)

Stylistic Set 05 (Shake More)
Just like ‘Shake’, but then even stronger. Tip: Combine with ‘Shake’ for Super Shake!
