The new logo for publishing house World Editions
, a simple W in a yellow superellipse, functions as a point of recognition on the spine of all their books, and makes their book subtly stand out in each bookshelf. On the front covers, which are all designed by Dutch book designer Tessa van der Waals, the logo functions in an adaptable mono colour version to fit with each book design. The cracked egg perspective echoes the publisher’s historical predecessor. With offices in New York, Amsterdam and London, World Editions promotes voices from around the globe by publishing books from many different countries and languages into English translation.
